Full payment is required at the time of booking. All services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

24+ hours notice: Receive a credit toward a future booking.

Less than 24 hours notice: Session fee may be forfeited.

No-shows: Full session fee is forfeited.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
